As we expand our online presence, we are seeking a skilled Web Developer with expertise in WordPress/WooCommerce and Shopify platforms to join our team.
Position Overview
We are looking for a talented Web Developer who is proficient in WordPress/WooCommerce and Shopify to contribute to the development and maintenance of our company’s websites, as well as customer websites and online stores. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in web development, with a strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies, as well as a passion for creating seamless user experiences.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to implement website designs and updates on WordPress/WooCommerce and Shopify platforms.
Customize and configure WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
Develop and maintain custom Shopify themes and templates based on design specifications.
Ensure the responsiveness and performance of websites across various devices and browsers.
Optimize website speed and performance through efficient coding practices and caching techniques.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website functionality, performance, and security.
Stay updated on the latest web development trends, technologies, and best practices.
Set up domain hosting and DNS settings with hosting providers, including domain migrations when necessary.
Having experience in Shopify will be an additional bonus.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.(Preferred)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in web development, with a focus on WordPress/WooCommerce and Shopify platforms.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Experience working with WordPress themes and plugins, including customization and development.
Strong understanding of Shopify Liquid templating language and APIs. (Preferred)
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
